Terrible driver, driving erratically and pushing other cars off the road and nearly causing accidents. Needs to be stopped.

This driver does not seem to understand how roundabouts work. I was already on the roundabout, they then entered the roundabouts in front of me forcing me to break. If I had not taken defensive action, they would cause the collision.
