This guy does not know how to drive. He was holding up the traffic the road was clear but he keeps pressing his brakes driving too slow. Asian male driver. What is wrong with these drivers he was on the highway in London E1 then turn into cannon Street Road, tower hamlets.

Not steering properly - drivers arms were too busy repeatedly throwing litter from window. Pulled out in front of traffic, from Oatfield Road into Epsom Lane North, across the downs, nearly hitting hedge / oncoming traffic several times. I hope they get a littering fine one day.
