This idiot pulls out in front of a patient Jaguar which had right of way. Then sits there honking the horn at us who we were in a different road waiting for him to get out the way. Then decides to drive off after flipping the bird at both us and the Jaguar. He is a waste of space on the road and needs to go back to school and learn some manners.
Asian driver mid to late 40/50's. Absolutely no lane discipline or awareness of his surroundings. Driving a 2.0 Tourag or something of similar class...be cautious!
Saw this car bump into a parked car and then drive away in the west end of Glasgow. Left a note on the parked car with my details and the registration number of the offending vehicle.
Driver seen parking on pavement next to a primary school and urinating in the entrance of a graveyard whilst preschool children were coming out of school just before noon today Wednesday 23rd March 2016.
