Well spotted it's pretty clear the o.p here is the antagonist and this post is some sort of extra retribution .
It's a shame the driver he tried to incriminate will never see this he could probably let us have N59's number plate as he seems to have scarpered when he made a fool out of himself .,

Trouble with things like this is.. there's no still, video, or witnesses. Not that I am advocating such behaviour. I just like to be fair. If someone is doing this, then chances are someone will get the required evidence. LD65 LVF.. anything to say on this?
