Man inside not paying attention. Kept on letting go of the wheel whilst driving and talking to a friend in the backseat.

This driver was going nearly 60 on a residential road ! Not only that at one moment he had to do a hard brake because a child ran into the road!! Thank god the child was alright but someone needs to do something about this man
