The driver is not at fault in anyway bar her tax expiring. You don't have a legal right to tell anyone how to drive and by doing so you distracted her from the road and that is illegal. If she wants to drive like that she can if she crashes or injures someone that's her liable for it. But if she wants to get ahead of the cyclists she is perfectly entitled to do so as long as it's not beyond the speed limit. If she is ahead of you then you give way to her because if your a car in place of the bike what would you do ? Signal wait to change lanes just like a car that's the law. All of you can argue about this as much as you like but fact is I can tell you I know a lot more about the law then most likely all of you take a guess what my job is ?

Problem has it, cyclists create these problems by not sticking to the near side. They have the illusion that their bike is 4ft wide!! Then ride in the middle of the road so nobody can pass. I will not overtake using the otherside of the road when it is visibly not necessary. Cyclists need to share the road and keep to the near side.
Bike lanes are narrow for a reason. Use your head! I ride a bicycle and I am aware of the size of my bike and how much space I need. You cyclists in this video are equally as bad as the land rover driver, you all think you are in control of a bus!!

She's 100% correct, apart from lying about how much she pays. Cyclists are an absolute mess and need banning from the roads, they dont pay to be on it, they have no insurance and no way of reporting them after they drive into parked cars and blame the car for being too close. They are scum and generally they are strange characters
