It’s not a permit to park where you like, you should know better that dropped curbs can’t be blocked. Wheelchair users rely on this to access the row of shops you pathetic sausage.

Driving north over, Putney Bridge, accelerating hard, almost causing a collision in on the approach to the bridge at the merging turn. They would have caused a collision if I had not taken defensive action, breaking sharply.
