This fool was asleep / playing with his phone when the traffic lights turned green (this set of traffic lights only lets a handful of cars through at any one time). I drove around him, which he didn't like, so initially tried to undertake me (oblivious to the white car turning and the cycle lane), then started to attempt to fake ram me from behind multiple times. At the traffic lights he made 3 hand gestures. After finally passing in an erratic manner, he carried on driving at over 40mph in a 30mph zone and then tried to undertake another car before swinging a left.
He either has serious mental health issues or was on drugs, simply because he didn't like being overtaken.
I'll also wager that he's not a key worker nor had a legitimate reason to be out and about at 11pm during the Covid lockdown.

Vehicle been abandoned Stortford since Friday 28th February. Parked in a residential area, on a main bus route, in the vicinity of 3 schools where parent parking is at a premium & extremely busy twice daily.

Where to begin? 35mph in a 60, NO indicators, takes all the lane up turning so blocks every one else from passing, basics of driving either forgotten about or left at home.

This report names and shames three disgusting, filthy chav youths all crammed into this car, ignoring the Coronavirus lockdown, and meeting up with another on a bicycle who went off separately. They were not seen walking - this apparently was an unnecessary trip out in the car, and seeing others, risking spreading the virus, which is the whole reason this is illegal right now.
They were seen parking in Taro Leisure Centre, Petersfield, nowhere near walking routes. Another youth on a bicycle was in close proximity chatting with them. There are cameras in this area.
The next time you believe that you're above the law designed to protect us during a pandemic, consider whether you'd be comfortable with your family dying of the virus, with YOU as the person who is responsible giving it to them, and then having to live without them forever. Learn some responsibility.
