I have witnessed the idiot driving this van twice in the last week down the A22 Blindley Heath (Lingfield) in a 40mph limit at 65-70 mph and tailgating. At approx. 05:10 Thurs 12-01 and the same time last week, van has 'Multi Distributors Ltd' down the side.
