to be onest this guy is the worst diver ive ever seen because i was just going to the shop across the road when he nearly hit me and past a red light so thats why im reporting him
Driving onto the A419 at Blunsdon this evening with a young child hanging its head out of the window whilst sat on an adults lap. No restraint, car seat or care for the safety of the child at all.
