Tried to run me off the road where it merged from two lanes into one (apparently the 'Merge in Turn' signs didn't apply to him), then slammed his brakes on to try to make me crash into the back of him. Tried to make me stop at the next roundabout, presumably so he could add physical violence to the list. Possible insurance-crash scammer? He looked maybe Turkish or Greek. White Mazda 6 near Poole.
4 yobs in a car drinking beer out of bottles then throwing the empties out the window. No idea about turn signals and then drove up Fulton Street in Glasgow at speeds well in excess of 70 mph in a residential area.
