This ginger moron almost took out 2 cars by using the left lane to take the 4th exit on Park Street Roundabout from the A414, with speed without indicating. Pulled him over to confront him, stank of alcohol and was sluring his speech. If you see him in the Frogmore/Radlett area, keep your distance.
