Medium Traffic, Bright and Dry.
2 lanes merge into 1.
Drivers didn't like being behind me and decided to overtake with oncoming traffic. Once ahead flashed his hazards. Only to arrive at traffic lights at the same time.
This caused dangerous situation forcing me to stop as to avoid a collision of oncoming traffic.

If I was doing 30mph I reckon the Ford Focus was speeding close to 60mph,
Definitely the driver's lucky day as there are often Traffic Police with speed radar guns or a speed camera van camped near to the lights.

This driver was parked blocking the main Wilmslow road and cycle lane + apartment entrance in Rusholme Manchester just opposite the Shell garage. He was parked here over over 2 hours and caused severe delays for trafficking coming out city centre. Should be fined
