Why are we giving this useless creature attention? This happened 4 years ago. It is irrelevant. The owner was probably punished after this.

This guy is still driving way too fast down narrow country lane - my latest encounter with him earlier on in the week when we had snow and ice so even more dangerous. Yet again came straight for me like a bully when he could have stopped at the wider bit to let me past instead of me having to go onto grass verge. There are many dog walkers and horses that use this lane so I hope you see these comments one day before you hurt someone or something - PLEASE SLOW DOWN
