Look how far they're from the traffic lights. When they turn green they initially don't move ... until i go to overtake, then they decide to move.

Saw this guy getting inpatient beeping at someone constantly at a right turn of traffic lights. He then proceeded to overtake the driver and brake check them on a fast road whilst it was raining heavy. Utter idiot.
