This idiot decided that merging lanes on to a dual carriageway doesn't count for her, impatient and aggressive driving and hopefully next time she decides to go from lane 1 to lane 3 with no indication, She gets hit by a very large vehicle and not one carrying children which had to do an emergency break to avoid a collision...

Imminently about to cause a major accident on the m3 by undertaking/weaving between multiple vehicles at 70 causing them to break. From an emergency services worker - you should never cause someone to intentionally break on a motorway.
