This driver approached the roundabout slowly (not to have to stop) in the left lane while waiting for traffic to pass before he could pull out. Still moving but as I approach in the background he moves over into the middle of the road half in the left lane and half in the right obviously to prevent me from passing while he was waiting if I wanted to - not that I would have done that as I am not an opportunist. However, his actions to obstruct my path for him to stay in front shows he is a pervert.
Can't park. The car park was empty when she made this fantastic job, too. Utter cretin, beware of damage.
