the cyclist is avoiding the door zone you stupid brick brain, you'll be getting a visit from plod now. you KNOW cyclists run cameras, why act so agressive knowing youre being filmed?
The driver of the camera vehicle left their breaking very late - and in my personal opinion were travelling faster than the road conditions would allow, despite the speed limit being 50 for a lorry.
Remember, only ever drive as fast as you're able to stop in an emergency for the distance you can see ahead, the vehicle pulled out and the lorry had plenty of time to slow down to accommodate, but didn't and decided to proceed in a dangerous fashion.
You can see the speed go up about 2 seconds after the vehicle has pulled out, where it should be going down.
