Overtook me (a cyclist) on a road where there was an approaching car, and a car parked next to me. Literally had to put my feet down in order to not die. Driver then continued up on to the curb and decided to drive half on the pavement, half on the road for god knows what reason. Beware pedestrians, this driver is out there and loose.
