Driver seen in Peterborough struggling to get his obviously very small brain around how a roundabout works and what lane you should be in. Tried to act the big man by slamming on his brakes on a single track A road and then speeding off when I got out to have a word.

Bloody awful driving by white mercedes van man, turned left into junction in front of me from the right hand lane at traffic lights. Not the first time he has done this either as I have seen him before - call to the boys in blue I think
