This is a selfish driver constantly parks like this near Westferry dlr Station by causing obstruction blocking the cars parked legally on the parking permit bays. Driver never leaves any space for other drivers to get out. This person should not be even driving at all. Thinks he owns every public roads in Tower hamlets.

Toyota C-Hr on the A6. 50mph all the way & they're fluctuating between 35-40mph with the traffic ahead of them pulling away. This driver then gets on the M6. Feel sorry for them lorry drivers!
