saw this thing this morning. smoke pouring out the back. looks like its burning oil. The guy driving it was all over the road, seemed oblivious to the clouds pouring out the back

Pretty sick that some people have rated this driver as good. He killed a kid and ran off. What's good about a hit and run driver??

All because I walked past some cones he had put on the pavement !!!! Police cones which look like they are related to traffic and were put beside parked cars.
