A careful lady driver on Southport Road Chorley. She is rather ignorant on space need to overtake cyclists, that hardly 1.5 metres. Half a metre more like!
Notice she was the only vehicle on the road, a competent driver would not have done this.

Going to guess company vehicle & your company is something to do with locks with that desperate attempt at a private plate.
If the illegal plate wasn't bad enough, driver can't even be arsed to MOT his vehicle.
