Thinks it’s okay to nearly hit a horse, revv it’s engine and beep at some poor lady riding a horse when there was plenty of room to go around and absolutely no need to bully them! White van man so obviously a sad old man who didn’t get anywhere with life.
See this car around all the time. Undertaking, dangerously speeding, NEVER indicating. Also once saw it "parked" on double yellows, in the middle of the road, not even an attempt to actually park. Weird little entitled prick.
