Pulls out from Blackpool Old Road in Little Eccleston to turn right onto A586 but barged out into oncoming traffic without waiting for adequate space for safety. Seemed a bit close but it became apparent as he sped off towards Blackpool at over 60mph where the speed limit is 50.
I wouldn’t be surprised going by his manner of driving if he jumped a red light at Windy Harbour but I didn’t see him as he was too far ahead with his speeding, but they say things happen in threes:
1 - Didn’t give way
2 - Excess speeding
3 - Possible red light or at least one other offence further down.

This retarded driver was doing between 30 and 40 in a 50 zone in the A6 between Garstang and Galgate. It’s not as if there were bends or poor driving conditions but this happened when there was traffic coming the other way and there was no safe opportunity to overtake, whereas when the road was clear the other way he accelerated up to 50 to prevent others overtaking him.
This is typical of Small Car Driver Syndrome where the weakest link tries to be in control.
What hit the nail in the head was at the M6 J33 roundabout he didn’t move into one but was in the middle of both lanes (probably blocking was his intention), he pulled out without waiting dangerously close in front of an approaching car, and joined the M6 so it seems like this driver doesn’t know how to drive properly.
I have no idea what his motorway driving was like.

I saw her at it again! Cut me up at Kew roundabout
