Not only parked in a disabled bay without a badge, but also parked over the lines, restricting the access to the car that does have a badge.
The guy got out with a kid and a passerby mentioned his parking, he then spent 5 minutes shouting and gesturing obscenities, while holding a kid, over my kids' heads to the back of the departing commenter.
