This guy cannot follow simple road rules where giving way to others already coming out he floors it and then says there is no such sign or dotted line stating otherwise!

He's a funny guy although think he may be a little Mike November. Giving me the V's and many other gestures for no reason although laughing at him probably didn't help

Driver was holding and using a phone while turning a corner in a busy residential area. Driver was clearly distracted (as was looking down) and would have not been able to react in an emergency situation. This is selfish, dangerous driving and bad parenting. Not impressed.
