Barges out from Buckingham Road onto Westgate without giving way and does in excess of 30 in a 20 zone. Then heads down Westcliffe Drive.

Keeps parking on the corner of a junction around The Vineries meaning residents have difficulty getting out of cul de sac due to obscured view.
Doesn't live in the area. Most likely works in one of the shops across the road.
