Displayed legally this still reads MY09 DUB so why the extra space and the awful illegal font?
Plus those great big vehicle size white arrows on the floor pointing the direction you should go when leaving the car park yet you went against them.

Drives through two No Entry signs (one either side of exit) and then against one way arrows into car park. I even shouted at him through his open window but he just carried on. perhaps it's time to surrender driving licence...

Speeder and tailgater.
Speeds up behind me then tailgates. Once road widens by Skerton Bridge accelerated aggressively to overtake then returns to left lane. Goes onto Bulk Road barging out without giving way to traffic already on Bulk Road and speeding again. My expectations this driver didn’t care about other road users was correct as he barged his way around.
