Sits in lane 2 then likes to brake check the driver that went lane 1 to lane 2 (behind him) then indicated to join lane 3 ... then because he thought driver was yo close he brake checked them ... focus in the road ahead not behind and you wouldn't have been sat in lane 2 when lane 1 was clear 👌 ⚾️🎒

White fiesta, driven by a young lad driving around uninsured.
Rear ended a car, stopped and spoke to the driver then drove off.
