This moron was driving way too fast on a 30 mph road in heavy rain around a tight bend, the d1ck had his window open in the pouring rain and his head hardly showed over the dashboard on a Mini, what a shortarse, I guess he has little man syndrome!

Despite following a queue of cars that were stuck behind a tractor (this person was at least 7th in the queue) they are right up the arse of the car in front and constantly crossing the white line into the other lane.

Clearly we aren’t that switched on and 3 cars behind this impatient driver took a side road and had a perfect view of the tractor and queue of traffic about a mile behind when rejoining the main road!
