Tailgating on Shuttle Street Tyldesley. Trying to get an opportunity to use the cycle lane to overtake on left on single lane road. Then speeding when lane split into dual lanes. Knob.
Consciously goes into the wrong lane, speeds ahead before cutting back into the lane causing the cars to brake to avoid an accident. Then proceeds to slow down to about 23mph (in a 30) and then races back up to the car infront. They must have done this about 3-5 times. The car sounded like it was on it last legs as well.
