The only thing worse than a cyclist, is this guy. Cut me up, pulled me over at the esso, and poured diesel all over my car. Worst part is, he didnt even pay at the pump.

Incredibly selfish driver. 23 plate Vauxhall with learner plates, likely to be illegally used by someone with a provisional licence for “practice”, parked on double yellows near a traffic light junction in Chorlton, Manchester, obstructing traffic coming the other way, right opposite the Lux Lounge Shisha Bar.
Disabled badge on the dash as a bonus - almost certainly belonging to some friend or relative, and conveniently used here to avoid the inconvenience of walking a further 50 metres.
