This desperate act of careless driving, was reported to Lancashire Police in May they allocated LC-20210508-0839 and I had telephone interview, the officer was surprised as I was, that the driver was insured. The Officer indicated a stiffer penalty than the Section 50 I suggested - well this driver most be important as the Police don’t want to know as requests for updates get fobbed off.
Someone who drives like this, only indicates what type of person they really are!
