If that was reported at the time, the police could have legally remove it because the pavement is also the highway but reserved for pedestrians, to block it is an offence in itself because of visually impaired road users and the disabled on mobilty or have mobility issues.

A really terrible driver. Who actually thinks they are more importantant than other road users. They demonstrate this by speeding , overtaking in 30 zones, tailgating people in a pathetic attempt to encourage them to speed up. Just an awful uneducated individual, who needs the luxury of a motor car took away from them.

A good effort from the BMW driver to try to disassociate himself from the rest of the Beemer drivers by using the indicator. Shame that they don't quite understand that putting it on doesn't give you right of way or clear the road to the side of you.
A shame really, as all the good work they'd tried to do was undone by the unnecessary brake check on the cars they'd just cut up, just proving how much of an ass a BMW driver really can be.
Back to the driving lessons MI555 WANG, because you have some learning to do.
