Bath area 7 Sep 23. Totally beat up old blue Ford van. Suspected the (male) driver was on drugs/drunk. All over the road. Horrific tailgating at speed limit, waving arms around, obviously shouting and screaming and to be honest looked a bit out of control. Let him pass, crossed double whites, speeding and more aggresive tailgating and then bizarrely would slow down for no reason? An utter lunatic who should not be on a public road. Was so shocked at his general behaviour driving a vehicle, for the first time in my life I notified the Police about a driver and decided to put the details here.
