Saw this Indian man almost run into a family in their car after he was pulled up in a bus stop. He was making rude gestures at them and almost crashed into them. My husband and I were both horrified.
This guy is not the full ticket.
He is often seen skip diving and walking around Lidl in Slough sniffing old peoples coats.
He likes to knock one out in the disabled toilets while watching Peppa Pig as it reminds him of his late wife.
He also likes to sniff glue and gas.
You can find him on the A4 layby most days dogging.
