Saw him blasting up the 2 Lane section towards the merge point on Oxford Road leading into Uxbridge. I was doing 40 and he was clearly going to arrive at the same time as me, but he sped up into oncoming traffic to swerve past me (barely avoiding hitting the pedestrian refuge island) and continued at about 40mph in the 30. Then he stopped at the red light (missing the car stop line totally, using the bike stop line), and I stopped behind him... and when the light changed, despite being in a massive hurry he didn't even notice. Gave him a gentle toot to wake him up and he hared off to... stop at the next traffic light (beyond all of the stop lines). I might have asked him why he's in such a rush and if it's working, and suggested he learn to drive. When the lights went green this time he went promptly, entering the roundabout in the right lane and took the first exit. Skills.
Don't cut people up like that!!
