Yesterday morning 22/06/16 06:17 joining the motorway (from M61) at tremendous speed, cut across the thick hashed lines and crossed over to lane 2 causing a driver to brake hard. He then sped off, undertaking, tailgating and moving erratically on the motorway. I'm beginning to doubt he has actually passed a driving test.
