Keeps parking on the corner of a junction around The Vineries meaning residents have difficulty getting out of cul de sac due to obscured view.

This guy pulls out in front of you with no warning and then starts to break check you. He was smoking in his work van and it didn’t look like a cigarette. He then speeds though Holyport at over 60mph when it’s a 30mph zone.
Hope his company see this and sack the bellend.
