This driver is the worlds slowest driver ever in a Vauxhall Corsa! I was sat behind him on Winwick Road in Warrington, Cheshire. Doing 25 MPH in a 40 MPH zone. Absolutely outrageous! He’s going to cause an accident sooner or later!!! Also i was sat behind him at the traffic lights, it took him a good 7 seconds to set off after riding the clutch for a good 15 seconds prior the lights turning green. Then as he was turning onto Cromwell ave from travelling south on Winwick road and he ran the red light (for the pedestrian crossing) after the give way! How did he even pass his driving test?!

Absolute nonce in a basic Audi Q3 did what was effectively an emergency stop from 30mph just to let a car turn from the opposite side of the road into a petrol station!
I mean seriously - who taught you how to drive? Because I want to give them a good thrashing and I imagine other road users would want to as well.
