damaged my rear wheel arch whilst parked up, by swinging her door open into it. challenged her and showwed her the damage. refused to admit it even though the marks with my paint still fresh on her door edge were still evident. she then proceeded to rub the marks off her door and said she had not hit my car. The lady was slurring her speech but i could not smell alcohol. She then drove off leaving me shocked.

Caught this driver on her phone, she knew she was doing something wrong because when I looked at her she smirked and put the phone down. you might think its nothing that bad but it is because you are distracted and might cause an accident or kill someone. And also it is against the law.
