Thinks doing a u-turn without giving way to oncoming traffic is totally acceptable, particularly if they're cyclists. If I'd been going any faster I'd have been over his bonnet, idiot.

Almost a year later and I have yet again seen this driver using the phone whilst driving near a school! Upon research, I discovered that this is his own company so it's futile to report this to the company as they clearly wouldn't care.
Apparently the company "thrive on providing a professional and reliable service" which is absolute rubbish as the company clearly don't show any professionalism in their driving and a lack of interest in safety instead.

I think this is the registration of a black Audi (maybe A5) which overtook a learner driver on Snakes Lane in Woodford Green 15 minutes ago. All I hope is that the driver was involved in an accident in the distance.
