That's a disabled bay that you're parked in whilst you nip into One Stop. Why can't you follow the rules and park opposite instead like everyone else does? Why do you feel that you are above the law?
Driver was a young female, certainly didn't look disabled and did not display a disabled badge.
The guy driving this Gibson van ripped around the roundabout traffic on two wheel before cutting everyone up. He then proceeded to jump a not recently changed red light. I thought he was in a rush to an emergency until I saw him pulling up outside Tesco ten minutes later. No emergency then, just an utter disaster of a driver.
