Get dash-cams (front and rear) and let him reverse into you. Then he can pay for the damage through his own pocket (let's face it who would insure such an idiot?), whilst you earn some money off the monetised video. Let the whole world see him making an ass of himself. Not the first time it's happened with these types..
Completely unsafe driver he was on his phone and almost collided with my car and i had children in the vehicle!!! He saw me coming and still deliberately tried to come in my lane!!!
