I was just sitting in my car near my daughters school and this person drove past really fast hitting my car. Didn’t stop say sorry or anything just rode off. Very disrespectful

I rate this driver a bullying idiot.
Coming up to a narrowing in the road (Railway bridge, Clare Road, Levenshulme, Manchester), road signs stated clearly that vehicles in my direction had priority.
This selfish BMW driver initially waited at the give way line on the other side. But then thought "I can't be arsed", and bullied his way through the narrowing, causing me to brake hard to avoid a collision.
The car behind him was happy to wait. All of 10 seconds if that.
