You have to giveaway to those already on the motorway. If he sees you coming on he might have thought to put his foot down let you behind him at this time you've also decided to put your foot down to try get in front which comes to this situation but unfortunately he has right of way so you either break and go behind him or continue to speed up and try get in front. Just let things like this go its not worth it.

Tries to run people off the road. Drives right up your backside with not an inch to spare to get you to move then swerves in front of you making you slam the brakes on. Had my 3 month old baby in the car and he nearly killed us both!
