Vehicle is a 'Great Wall Motor UK' Steed pickup.
Travelling VERY slowly at 10>12 in a 20 and 15>20 in a 30, excessive braking over speedhumps and taking longer than usual to make turns/junction judgements.
Suspect driver was either drunk or using his phone.

Exiting the roundabout at the harvester pub in middlewich Cheshire from midpoint 18 heading towards kings street. Renault driving came on to the roundabout from middlewich town direction at high speed.
Pulled out in front of my car with a near miss of 1-1.5 metres. I had to apply the brakes. Driver didn't even acknowledge i was exiting the roundabout.

The driver is ignorant to Highway Code such as rule 163, ie overtaking cyclists. The rear mounted video proved the male driver made to attempt to provide adquate space. He has been reported to the Police,

This driver attempted to change in to my lane exiting a roundabout. I was proceeding correctly around the outside lane when this party came from the inside lane and tried to change into my lane to exit the roundabout when there are two clear lanes to exit the roundabout. Very unsafe driver would suggest her to check the Highway Code for roundabouts.

Poor driver! Cut me up at a roundabout when he was clearly in the wrong lane and then proceeded to slam on his brakes in the hope that I would drive into the back of him after I sounded my horn. Further proceeded to stick his hand out of the window and rudely gesture at me!
