These owners have been seen to have left a dog on their car when it was 26 degrees outside barricaded into the back parcel shelf in direct sunlight with the front window open only 3 inches which would have done nothing while the owners sat inside a pub. When a lady found this and found out who they were and confronted them they refused to go outside until they had fished thief drinks. Over half a hour went by and they did nothing. This is illegal.
