I was ran over by this vehicle on the 7th October 2015, just before my 21st birthday. I have a broken ankle and whip lash I have also had to have surgery and have pins put into my ankle. Never mind the fear I now have when outside in a wheelchair! Or the sudden flashbacks I have had about it. I never received an apology from the driver , I don't know his name and I feel upset about this as what I remember of the accident I as a person would feel awful about it and he said I walked into the side of the car but as what I remember is totally different expecially now it has been about 2 weeks ago I feel I remember more and more things and it is frustrating more and more.

Very suspicious activity late at night at the beacon point in upholland, skelmersdale.

Miurhead Avenue. Wet westher. 30mph road. Undertaking multiple cars at 50mph. Then needs to go right so gets in the right hand lane. But then gets back in the left hand lane in order to undertake the car in front - on a roundabout! Then comes off the roundabout and neally goes into the back of a car turning right. Obviously he/she isn't paying attention. Then in the left hand lane of the lights, but the car in front imust be turning too slow or something becuse he/she swerves out to the right and then takes off at 60mph down a 30mph. No indicators used during this entire process.
Absolute idiot. Shouldn't have a license! Shouldn't be on the road you stupid idiot!
