Crazy driver on M40 ran up behind me while I was overtaking...when I moved over and looked across at him he through his car over towards me, I had to move lanes, he then swerved in front of me andslammed his brakes on

Spotted this lunatic driver coming out of a car boot sale off the A41 past Elstree.
He drove a Black modified 4x4 ducati, did not wait so cars could give way and fatally cut through and i had to break suddenly.
Wont be surprised if he smashes his car into someone or another car... disgraceful.
Couldnt take a pic of the a**hole’s car as i was driving and was more concerned of my child’s safety.
