This car drives me crazy, every day it's parked on the pavement causing me to have to push the pram into the road to get round it also it parks in the wrong direction.

Regularly see this car at local dogging hotspots in and around Wolverhampton. Driver is a seedy looking man from the Lunt, Bilston. Please take extra care when near, especially if you see him spinning a pen in his mouth which means he is aroused.
